Garlic Vinaigrette

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Vinaigrette is a dressing where oil is combined with an acidic ingredient, like vinegar or lemon. This basic vinaigrette adds garlic. I used it for the Wax Bean and Roasted Pepper Salad.

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

Add extra-virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, and the finely minced garlic clove. and mix it well. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper and adjust seasoning to your liking.
